richardAnne is a gifted coach, facilitator, organizational development consultant and planner. She specializes in supporting individuals and organizations to step more fully into their power, particularly in the ‘grey zones’ of their lives, where their footing is not so solid. She encourages her clients to ‘walk the talk’ by integrating individual and group development into the practicalities of strategic planning.   Anne has dedicated her personal and professional life to contributing to the many elements that enable communities to thrive.  She is an Integral Coach™ and an active member of the Integral Coaching® faculty.

Anne brings to her work over 15 years of consulting experience in fostering change and innovation in the human services sector and has supported a wide range of voluntary sector organizations in their strategic planning process.  She has worked as a director and planner within municipal government.  Her consulting clients include youth-serving organizations, regional and inner-city health programs, community health and resource centres, and many community agencies and collaborative initiatives in Ottawa.

South House Exchange partners have worked with Anne on several evaluations for Health Canada and on planning processes in the health and social services sectors, and with municipal government on issues of housing and homelessness.  As one of the founding members of the Ginger Group Collaborative, Anne has joined SHE partners to design Ginger Group retreats and workshops. Anne is grounded in over 10 years of study and practice of various spiritual paths (Kripalu yoga, Pathwork).  She is also a certified yoga instructor.  Anne has a Masters in urban planning from Queen’s University.
